Gaslight Building Has A New Lease On Life
The property known as the Gaslight Building at 408 South Main Street has enjoyed a 2 million dollar renovation that was completed in late 2020. The two-story, multifunctional building is fully leased as of 2021. The renovation was a two year process that preserved the historic front façade of the original building. The vision was to invest in the preservation of a historic building in order to keep the charm of downtown Findlay, while addressing the need for high-end downtown apartment living.

“This is such a beautiful addition to downtown Findlay. We’ve managed to maintain the character of a downtown treasure, along with creating upscale living. It is something Findlay can be proud of.”

Stated Nickolas CEO, Nick Reinhart

A portion of the first floor is occupied by The Baker’s Café, with the other half being a private client office for State Bank. Situated on the second floor, the Gaslight Lofts include four expansive, luxury two-bedroom, two-bath apartments which are all fully leased.
